A/V Equipment

Event hosts have the option of adding AV equipment to their reservation request. Most of our event spaces have built-in AV capabilities; AV packages can be bundled or individual items selected a la carte. It is the responsibility of the event host to maintain proper care and security of all AV equipment during use; failure to do so will result in replacement fees.

Clients are required to provide their own laptop for all AV needs. The Student Success Center can provide the appropriate connector cable – HDMI, VGA, or lighting port adapter.
