Each year Georgia Tech’s Bill Moore Student Success Center plays host to many wedding-related events, including ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, and anniversary parties. There are special fees for all wedding ceremonies and/or receptions held at our facility. Fees cover the building rental (including bridal and groom suites), a building attendant for the duration of your event, and set-up of tables and chairs (furnished by the Student Success Center).

For all other wedding-related events (showers, rehearsals, dinners, etc.) our standard pricing applies.
The Student Success Center offers a wedding package for $3,500, which includes the following:
Full building rental to ensure no other events are scheduled on the special day.
Choice of the following spaces for the ceremony and/or reception:
President’s Suites A+B+C+D
Press Rooms A+B
Clary Theater (ceremony only as no food is permitted inside this event space)
Two bridal suites (sky boxes with en suite bathroom).
Onsite building attendant for the full duration of your event.
Set-up of all tables and chairs.
The Student Success Center does not provide linens of any kind.
Please Note: As our building is the West leg of Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field, any weddings that are scheduled during the upcoming football season may have to be rescheduled if it is discovered that the reservation falls on a game day.
